CERAKOTE is a liquid sprayable coating that is designed to be used with an HVLP spray gun. It is not a dip, roll, or brush coating that can easily be scaled-up for production. Depending on the series, can withstand temperatures up to 1800F, can withstand thermal cycling as well as thermal shock, corrosion and chemical resistant, cost effective with single coat (straight to substrate) and easily applied. CERAKOTE is environmentally friendly. All coatings are VOC compliant in all 50 states.
